SMS Messaging Policy
Effective date: 2026 · Applies to all text messages sent by EverGlow Michigan.
1. Program description
EverGlow Michigan ("EverGlow Michigan," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about holiday light installation, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and window cleaning services. Messages may include estimate follow-ups, scheduling and appointment confirmations, crew arrival notices, service updates, invoices and payment reminders, and occasional promotional offers such as seasonal specials.
2. Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on our free estimate form, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you give EverGlow Michigan your express written consent to send you recurring automated and non-automated text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You may still request an estimate by calling or emailing us if you prefer not to receive text messages. You represent that you are the subscriber of, or the customary user with authority over, the mobile number you submit, and that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services you request. Most customers receive only a handful of messages per job, but frequency may increase during the holiday lighting installation season.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent to or received from EverGlow Michigan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. EverGlow Michigan is not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from that program. You may also opt out by emailing info@everglowmichigan.com or by calling (248) 232-3775. If you opt out, we may still contact you by phone or email about work already scheduled. To rejoin, sign up again through our free estimate form or reply START.

7. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
We use the mobile number and information you provide only to communicate with you about your request and our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be shared only with the messaging service providers we use to deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. We retain consent records as required to document your opt-in.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this messaging policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued participation in our text messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
